Will this disrupt the team?
We run interviews asynchronously where possible. Expect 30 to 60 minutes per person over two weeks.
What happens after the audit?
You get a full written report and a 90-day action plan. If you need help implementing, we can discuss Coaching or Part-time leadership.
What if we disagree with the diagnosis?
We push back on comfortable answers. But the diagnosis is built on data and interviews, not opinion. Most clients say it confirmed what they already felt but couldn't articulate.
