Not exactly. We're a Product & Engineering advisory firm. The difference: our team is made up of former CPOs and CTOs who've built and scaled product organizations themselves. We don't deliver slide decks and leave. We work directly with your executives to diagnose what's slowing you down and help fix it through audits, coaching, or hands-on part-time leadership.
That's not our primary role, but we can. We work in three scenarios: helping CEOs challenge and improve how their Product & Engineering org performs, supporting existing CPOs and CTOs with senior-level sparring and coaching, or stepping in as interim leadership for a few months while you recruit the right person.
Two paths. Either we help your existing leaders implement the recommendations through a structured coaching program, or one of our CPOs or CTOs joins your team part-time to put them in place over several weeks. Either way, the audit doesn't end up in a drawer.
